About the role
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced and accredited Executive and Team Coach to join our dynamic team on a two-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with executive-level teams in large global organisations and possess a deep understanding of leadership dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on Leadership Strategy: Work closely with your leadership coaching team colleagues to develop and refine the organisations overarching leadership development strategy.
- Conduct Executive Assessments: Perform executive leadership needs analyses and provide valuable insights regarding senior talent to the company.
- Coach Senior and Executive Leaders: Guide senior and executive leaders through leadership transitions, integration, and overall development.
- Facilitate Leadership Programs: Facilitate leadership development courses, workshops, and small-group interventions.
- Contribute to Initiatives: Act as a core team member on various initiatives and projects, designing practical leadership solutions for a cohort of leaders.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships across the senior leadership community and other functions, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ICF/EMCC/AC Accredited Executive Coaching Certification
- ICF/EMCC/AC Accredited Team Coaching Certification
Plus any of the following active membership levels of executive coaching certification:
- ICF: Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- AC: Professional Executive Coach
- EMCC: Senior Practitioner
- Demonstrated success in developing top leaders in globally recognised organisations through assessments, development programs, coaching, or impactful experiences.
- Strong group facilitation and consultative abilities, essential for guiding executive teams and promoting collaborative environments.
- Ability to coach executive leaders, deliver educational sessions, and speak authoritatively on leadership topics.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, coupled with robust project management capabilities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, VUCA environment that values creativity, energy, resilience, and excellence.
