You will define the creative standard for LATAM, shape high-impact engagements and new business efforts, and build a thriving creative culture capable of sustaining rapid expansion.</p> <p>As LATAM continues to grow within the integrated Americas structure, this role will serve as the region's senior creative voice, ensuring work is both culturally relevant and globally competitive.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Creative Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define and raise the creative standard across Brand, Experience, Commerce, and Product engagements.</li> <li>Shape and oversee flagship projects, major pitches, and case-defining work.</li> <li>Serve as senior creative partner in high-visibility client situations.</li> <li>Ensure conceptual ambition and craft integrity remain strong during periods of rapid growth. Align LATAM creative output with global standards while preserving regional identity.<br><br></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Client &amp; Growth Partnership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Build trusted executive-level client relationships grounded in creative credibility.</li> <li>Play a leading role in new business strategy and pitch development.</li> <li>Identify creative opportunities that unlock account expansion and long-term partnership growth.</li> <li>Partner with Client and Business leadership to strengthen LATAM’s market position.<br><br></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Culture &amp; Team Development</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Mentor and elevate senior creative leaders across product, design, and conceptual teams.</li> <li>Support the expansion of leadership presence in the region.</li> <li>Build a connected, accountable, and high-performing creative culture.</li> <li>Attract and retain top-tier creative talent within the LATAM market.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>12–15+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in agency or digital environments.</li> <li>A portfolio of high-visibility, conceptually ambitious work.</li> <li>Proven experience serving as a senior creative voice in executive-level client relationships.</li> <li>Track record of building and mentoring senior creative leaders.</li> <li>Strong commercial instinct with the ability to translate creative ambition into business impact.</li> <li>Expertise in building high-performance creative teams with top-tier output during periods of rapid expansion.</li> <li>Deep understanding of Latin American markets and cultural nuance.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Spanish.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Attributes</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Natural connector who builds trust and alignment across disciplines.</li> <li>Passionate about team growth and nurturing emerging creative talent.</li> <li>Strong communicator, collaborator, and cultural ambassador.</li> <li>Future-facing mindset with an eye for opportunity and innovation.</li> </ul>
