You will define the creative standard for LATAM, shape high-impact engagements and new business efforts, and build a thriving creative culture capable of sustaining rapid expansion.</p> <p>As LATAM continues to grow within the integrated Americas structure, this role will serve as the region's senior creative voice, ensuring work is both culturally relevant and globally competitive.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Creative Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define and raise the creative standard across Brand, Experience, Commerce, and Product engagements.</li> <li>Shape and oversee flagship projects, major pitches, and case-defining work.</li> <li>Serve as senior creative partner in high-visibility client situations.</li> <li>Ensure conceptual ambition and craft integrity remain strong during periods of rapid growth.
