DBS’ Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Grow, develop and manage a high performing team of Relationship Managers covering the Singapore market
- Responsible for driving and executing client engagement, franchise growth and financial performance strategies to ensure high level of client satisfaction and engagement
- Lead and drive sales performance on individual and team basis to achieve overall business objectives
- Ensure service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements
- Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing staff in support of the bank’s wealth strategy
Requirements
- Degree with more than 15 years of relevant wealth management experience
- Possess deep expertise of the Singapore market with relevant networks
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate to and manage all levels of staff
- Good networking skills to build partnership and strong collaborations with internal and external business partners
- Strong passion to develop business and grow the team
