<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role focuses on ensuring smooth internal operations through strong coordination, administrative management, and employee support across People operations and office management functions.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>People Operations</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support daily People operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and staff documentation</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR systems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support payroll preparation, insurance, MPF, tax filing, and related administrative processes</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and internal communications</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Handle employee enquiries and support day-to-day People operations coordination</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain proper HR filing and documentation with confidentiality</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and company initiatives</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Min. 5 years of experience in HR operations, People operations, office administration, or related functions</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiar with Hong Kong HR administrative processes and employment-related coordination</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks independently</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong communication and coordination skills</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Immediate available or short notice is preferred</span></li>
