We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Executive Recruiter</strong> to join our Talent Acquisition team in <strong>Valencia</strong>. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment of C-level and senior corporate positions, acting as a strategic partner to our global leadership team.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Executive Search:</strong> Develop and execute advanced strategies to attract top-tier executive talent. </li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner with senior leadership to define roles and provide market-driven hiring insights. </li>
<li><strong>Sourcing & Networking:</strong> Build a high-caliber network using direct search, industry partnerships, and social media. </li>
<li><strong>Assessment:</strong> Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. </li>
<li><strong>Offer Negotiation:</strong> Manage the full offer process, from term negotiations to a smooth onboarding experience. </li>
<li><strong>Employer Branding:</strong> Promote BrainRocket’s culture and values to elite industry networks.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in high-level executive recruitment (Agency or In-house). </li>
<li>Proven success in closing senior positions across multiple functions. </li>
<li>Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment with <strong>5+ open C-level roles</strong>.</li>
<li>Expert proficiency in <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter</strong> and modern ATS. </li>
<li>Native-level English; proficiency in <strong>Spanish or French</strong> is plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. </li>
</ul>
