This role is the best opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders and the leadership team in an extremely short period of time about how to build a business from scratch, how to solve any problem and how to achieve any possible goal.</span></p> <p><strong>We are looking for a full-time intern based in Munich</strong></p> <h2><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the fast scaling of Avi Medical and get deep insights into Expansion</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strategic and operational support for the CFO</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own and execute individual projects such as analysis of the various types of data and target market, hands-on roll-out of new practices and many more</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Setting up, question and further develop existing processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to Avi Medical’s open and empowering culture!</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">First work experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, comparable fast-paced working environments or in the healthcare industry with exposure to topics/projects in Finance</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Above-average understanding and capabilities in working with Microsoft Excel</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Credible appearance and convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tactful, mature communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full working proficiency in German and English</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Gym:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Membership in premium gyms throughout Germany</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Education Budget:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> €1.000/year that you can spend for your professional growth and development.
