We are seeking collaborative, relentless problem solvers that share our passion for impact to join us!   The Role:  Expedition Medicines is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Finance with deep experience in private biotech companies running both pre-clinical and clinical programs. The ideal candidate brings strong finance expertise, technical and operational accounting depth, proven leadership, and a demonstrated ability to build and deploy strategic finance processes at scale. This individual must be comfortable working independently in a resource-constrained environment while overseeing a lean finance and accounting function and also providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.  The Vice President of Finance will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial operations, and compliance while contributing meaningfully to corporate strategy and long-term planning. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
