Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers.
- Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent.
- Manage the full business development cycle: from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements.
- Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven success in permanent recruitment business development — you’ve repeatedly brought on new clients and delivered results.
- Strong hunter mentality with the drive to build and grow a client base from scratch.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries (a plus).
