• Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates proficient in English across multiple industries.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertising, candidate negotiation, and offer management.
• Stay informed about market trends and best recruitment practices to continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably with a freelance background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
