Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Experienced English Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our growing team of talent acquisition professionals. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial part in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and engage high-quality candidates across a variety of sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure successful candidate placements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Keep updated on recruitment trends and technologies to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports and market insights to management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
• Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to achieve recruitment goals.
