Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates across various industries using your expert recruitment skills.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients, providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization.
• Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Regularly report progress, challenges, and insights to the management team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably as a freelance recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
• Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.
