Experienced Evening Store Supervisor - Part Time

SPAR Mountjoy Square, Dublin 7, DO7A3FP require a Part Time Evening Store Supervisor to join their team. 

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To operate within the Store efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.

Successful candidates will be customer focused and have previous retail experience.

Must be flexible and have 2 years previous Sales Assistant experience. Full Training will be given. & working hours are 2pm to 10pm.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in retail would be beneficial

• Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation

• Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills

• Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative

• Professional & polite manner is essential

• Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail

• Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment

• Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges

• Self-motivated & ambitious

• Computer literate
