Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school initiatives
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum, preferably in Year 3
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement
