By combining specialist knowledge, commercial awareness and strong seller relationships, you will curate high-quality auctions that attract buyers and deliver a trusted auction experience.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will contribute to category growth by identifying new supply opportunities, supporting sellers, developing auction concepts and leading initiatives that expand the reach and performance of the category across Europe.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Curate high-quality Japanese Art &amp; Antiques auctions by evaluating, selecting and presenting objects with strong buyer appeal and commercial potential.</li> <li>Assess authenticity, condition, quality and market relevance, providing accurate estimates and maintaining high curation standards.</li> <li>Support sellers with expert guidance on submissions, auction strategy, reserves, estimates and auction performance.</li> <li>Identify and develop new supply opportunities by building relationships with dealers, galleries, collectors, artisans and specialist sellers.</li> <li>Contribute to broader Asian Art &amp; Antiques initiatives, including cross-category themes, special sales and collection opportunities.</li> <li>Lead projects that support category growth, using market insights and performance data to improve results and develop new approaches.</li> <li>Collaborate with experts and cross-functional stakeholders to grow supply, promote auctions and deliver a positive experience for buyers and sellers.</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Strong expertise in Japanese Art &amp; Antiques, including authenticity assessment, condition evaluation, valuation and market knowledge.</li> <li>Professional experience within the Asian art, antiques, auction, gallery, collecting, curatorial or online marketplace sector.</li> <li>Understanding of the European buyer and seller market for Japanese Art &amp; Antiques.</li> <li>An established network of dealers, collectors, galleries, artisans, sellers or other industry contacts.</li> <li>Commercial awareness and an interest in auction performance, seller engagement and category growth.</li> <li>Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced digital environment while contributing to shared team objectives, with fluent English.</li> </ul> <h2>How We Work</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Work closely with experts, Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing and Category Leadership to achieve shared category goals.</li> <li>Take ownership of projects and initiatives that improve category performance, supply growth and auction quality.</li> <li>Share knowledge, market insights and expertise to support a collaborative and commercially minded team.</li> <li>Combine specialist judgement with a hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-moving environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Where You’ll Be</h2> <p>This is a 100% remote role based in one of our European hubs.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="text text-align-left "> <h3><strong>Why You'll Love Working with Us</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Create a visible impact </strong>by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
