If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us.</p> <ul> <li>Taking ownership and driving impact&nbsp;</li> <li>Being open to change and feedback</li> <li>Being passionate about our mission and our customers.&nbsp;</li> </ul></div><h3 class="p1">Your Mission</h3> <p class="p2">As an Expert Bullion, you will accelerate the growth of the Bullion segment by curating high-performing auctions and shaping the strategic direction of this fast-growing category.&nbsp;You will combine deep market expertise, commercial acumen, and a strong industry network to drive revenue, strengthen supply, and position the Modern Coins and Bullion offer for sustained growth.</p> <h3 class="p2">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li class="p1">Curate, review, and validate submitted lots to ensure authenticity, quality, and commercial viability</li> <li class="p1">Build and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release cycles, mint calendars, and bullion trends</li> <li class="p1">Apply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, conversion, and overall sales performance</li> <li class="p1">Identify growth opportunities, supply gaps, and emerging trends to shape the category roadmap</li> <li class="p1">Expand and activate a network of mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors to secure strong supply</li> <li class="p1">Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard high-potential sellers and support trend-driven campaigns</li> <li class="p1">Guide sellers in improving listing quality, pricing, and presentation while managing feedback and disputes professionally</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">What You’ll Bring</h3> <ul> <li class="p1">Strong expertise in bullion, contemporary minting, and modern collectibles, with knowledge of release calendars, production methods, and grading trends</li> <li class="p1">Proven commercial experience buying and selling bullion, ideally within wholesale or retail environments</li> <li class="p1">Entrepreneurial and trading mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and act quickly</li> <li class="p1">Active network including mints, authorised distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors</li> <li class="p1">Analytical skills and confidence using data to price lots, identify trends, and optimise performance</li> <li class="p1">Digital fluency and experience working within online marketplace environments</li> <li class="p1">Fluency in English and strong communication skills, with professionalism in stakeholder management</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">How We Work</h3> <ul> <li class="p1">We work proactively and independently while aligning with organisational goals</li> <li class="p1">We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing</li> <li class="p1">We operate in a fast-paced, diverse environment with ambitious commercial targets</li> <li class="p1">We balance commercial drive with diplomacy when managing stakeholders and disputes</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">Where You’ll Be</h3> <p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14px;">This is a 100% remote role based in one of our established hubs in Europe.</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="text text-align-left "> <h3><strong>Why You'll Love Working with Us</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Create a visible impact </strong>by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
