</ul></div><h3 data-start="0" data-end="15">Your Mission</h3>
<p data-start="17" data-end="329">As an Expert for Tintin, Dutch and Traditional Comics, you will manage and curate high-quality auctions for the Netherlands and Belgium region. Your mission is to use your market knowledge and network to create compelling auctions that attract bidders and ensure a fair and transparent experience for sellers and buyers.</p>
<p data-start="331" data-end="471">By combining commercial insight with subject matter expertise, you will strengthen the quality, relevance, and performance of your auctions.</p>
<h3 data-start="473" data-end="490">What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="494" data-end="583">Evaluate and arrange comic book lots submitted by users, ensuring quality and relevance</li>
<li data-start="586" data-end="649">Create attractive and engaging lot listings on a weekly basis</li>
<li data-start="652" data-end="735">Review lot titles, descriptions, and images, and provide accurate value estimates</li>
<li data-start="738" data-end="837">Maintain fairness and transparency by accepting or rejecting submissions in a professional manner</li>
<li data-start="840" data-end="907">Curate auctions that attract bidders and drive strong performance</li>
<li data-start="910" data-end="1002">Collaborate with the Sales team to attract new sellers and diversify the auction selection</li>
<li data-start="1005" data-end="1082">Partner with the Marketing team to increase bidder attention and engagement</li>

<h3 data-start="1084" data-end="1104">What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1108" data-end="1180">Passion and expertise in Comics, with strong knowledge of the industry</li>
<li data-start="1183" data-end="1279">Excellent commercial skills, including proven negotiation and relationship-building experience</li>
<li data-start="1282" data-end="1325">Strong network within the Comics industry</li>
<li data-start="1328" data-end="1411">Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li data-start="1414" data-end="1516">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li data-start="1519" data-end="1541">Good computer skills</li>
<li data-start="1544" data-end="1598">Good command of Dutch and English, preferably French</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Our Offices and Way of Working</strong></h3>
<p class="p1">Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.</p>
