Expert Computer Network Operations Developer, TS/SCI

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Leads the designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging and maintenance of hardware or software based CNO capabilities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure effective communication coordination and transparency with leadership and customers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring software standards meet network and security requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>A SME that supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.&nbsp;</li> <li>12+ years of relevant experience to software development.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>CNO capability development experience.&nbsp; Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of assembly programming concepts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Unit Test experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).&nbsp;</li> <li>Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP) or C++ Certified Professsional Programmer Certification (CPP).&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.&nbsp;</li> <li>Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Salary range for the position is $120,000 - $225,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
