You will combine deep category expertise with a strong commercial mindset to expand supply, onboard sellers, and curate high-quality auctions that drive measurable results.</p> <p data-start="294" data-end="455">By leveraging your network and collaborating with local teams across Europe, you will strengthen Catawiki’s position within the European Trading Cards ecosystem.</p> <h3 data-start="457" data-end="474">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li data-start="478" data-end="566">Evaluate and approve lots based on authenticity, condition, grading, and market demand</li> <li data-start="569" data-end="651">Provide accurate and competitive value estimates using market knowledge and data</li> <li data-start="654" data-end="743">Curate weekly auctions featuring Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards, and other major TCGs</li> <li data-start="746" data-end="853">Actively onboard professional and high-potential private sellers across Europe, expanding category supply</li> <li data-start="856" data-end="972">Build and maintain strong relationships with card shops, dealers, wholesalers, collectors, and grading communities</li> <li data-start="975" data-end="1077">Analyze auction performance and buyer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and improve results</li> <li data-start="1080" data-end="1172">Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive category growth and commercial success</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1174" data-end="1194">What You’ll Bring</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1198" data-end="1297">Deep expertise in Trading Cards, including Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards, and other major TCGs</li> <li data-start="1300" data-end="1394">Strong understanding of grading, condition, rarity, sealed products, and collector behaviour</li> <li data-start="1397" data-end="1492">Hands-on experience buying and selling trading cards, with strong pricing and trend awareness</li> <li data-start="1495" data-end="1582">Solid understanding of the European trading card market and a strong existing network</li> <li data-start="1585" data-end="1672">Commercial mindset with the ability to identify supply opportunities and drive growth</li> <li data-start="1675" data-end="1740">Fluent English skills, additional European languages are a plus</li> <li data-start="1743" data-end="1805">Confidence using data and digital tools to support decisions</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1807" data-end="1821">How We Work</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1825" data-end="1874">Collaborate daily with colleagues across Europe</li> <li data-start="1877" data-end="1956">Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on priorities and campaigns</li> <li data-start="1959" data-end="2040">Share market insights and performance data to continuously improve the category</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Where You’ll Be</strong></h3> <p>This role is a 100% remote role open to candidates based in&nbsp;<strong>Germany or the Netherlands</strong>, with close collaboration with local teams and daily interaction with colleagues across Europe.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="text text-align-left "> <h3><strong>Why You'll Love Working with Us</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Create a visible impact </strong>by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
