</ul></div><h3 class="p1">Your Mission</h3>
<p class="p1">As a Stamps Expert for the Benelux market, you will curate high-quality auctions that attract engaged bidders and trusted sellers. Your expertise ensures that every lot meets the right standards of quality, relevance, and transparency. You play a key role in maintaining fair and compelling auctions by combining deep market knowledge with strong commercial judgement, contributing directly to the success and growth of your category.</p>
<h3 class="p2">What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users, ensuring each auction features attractive and relevant listings</li>
<li class="p1">Create compelling weekly lot selections using your market expertise and professional network</li>
<li class="p1">Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and provide accurate estimated values</li>
<li class="p1">Maintain transparent and fair transactions by applying expert judgement to every submission</li>
<li class="p1">Communicate rejections professionally and constructively, safeguarding seller relationships</li>
<li class="p1">Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify the range and quality of lots</li>
<li class="p1">Partner with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and visibility for your auctions</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="p1">What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps</li>
<li class="p1">Solid knowledge of the stamps market in either the Netherlands or Belgium; knowledge of both markets is a plus</li>
<li class="p1">Excellent commercial skills, with experience in negotiation and relationship building</li>
<li class="p1">Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li class="p1">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams</li>
<li class="p1">Good computer skills and confidence working with digital tools</li>
<li class="p1">Good command of English, written and spoken</li>
<li class="p1">Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer is a plus</li>

<h3><strong>Our Offices and Way of Working</strong></h3>
<p class="p1">Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.</p>
