What will you contribute?

•Contributing successfully to TCM business in general and to the successful delivery of TCM projects (measured by financial performance over a baseline and by client satisfaction) 

•To become a driving force as part of the strategic initiative of accelerating projects in Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, and selling & implementing Net New Names.

Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Interact with client, consultatively, to determine project requirements and needs analysis.

•Establish and/or assist client with configuring system parameters and controls based on client’s business practices and processes; recommend best practices; review setup with clients and gain client acceptance.

•Develop customized programs and interfaces using the TCM SDK.

•Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality.

•Validate new system input, output, and connectivity. 

•Identify, research, resolve technical issues.

•Assess and report risks during project and participate in the development and implementation of mitigation plans.

•Communicate project scope, status, and risks to all stakeholders.

•Record accurate and timely accounting of time spent on project related activities.

•Follow established project, departmental, company procedures and quality standards.

•Follow established project management standards.  Provide activities related to the management of assigned implementation projects to bring the project to a timely close and transition the client appropriately.

•Provide subject matter expertise to internal staff including, but not limited to, sales, development, support, training, professional services as needed

•Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices.

Required Experience:

•Extensive knowledge of the functionality and development of Summit

•Ability to write SDL, SQL scripts, Summit TK programs.

•Ability to install servers (OS, RMDBS) and Summit application component.

•Familiar with Summit V2026.x

•Strong communication skills and client facing experience to be able to present product value to clients and to work with other groups within the Company in supporting the response

•Good soft skills and time management required in order to priorities and co-ordinate the varied tasks involved in client projects while updating stake holders on progress.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in consulting and implementation experience in Treasury and Capital Markets implementation projects, and minimum last 5 years on Summit.

•English and Mandarin speaker/writer
