Duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Prompt responses to emails - from customers, vendors, and retailers.
- Order fulfillment: this includes packing up watches and printing shipping labels in a timely and efficient manner.
- Order processing: occasionally a customer or retailer will need assistance with placing an order.
- Manage customer returns and/or exchanges, including sending a return label, processing refunds, or collecting any money owed due to exchange.
- Administrative duties: we are trying to minimize our impact on the environment, so we like to keep everything as digital as possible. This can include scanning documents, shredding paper, monitoring office supplies, ordering as needed with approval.
- Manage incoming and outgoing watch repairs, sending out repair invoices, collecting payment, and shipping watches back to customers in a timely manner. This includes coordinating all repairs with the watchmaker or repair shop and ensure all quality control measures are followed.
