<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead the company’s export control and sanctions internal compliance programme in close collaboration with the Chief Export Control Officer and the Legal Team</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own the company’s classification, licensing, and technology-transfer workflows</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, in particular German, EU, and U.S. requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Refine and further develop the company’s workflows, documentation and recordkeeping for export control and sanctions compliance</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">In collaboration with the Legal Team, provide export control and sanctions support across all company projects</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">In collaboration with the Logistics Specialist, ensure an end-to-end export control process so shipments can be made on time and in compliance</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct export control and sanctions training sessions for company’s employees</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and Accounting, IT, Legal, and People Teams on export control and sanctions matters</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":false,"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, law, economics, or another relevant discipline</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 5 years of in-house, hands-on export control and sanctions compliance experience in an R</span><span data-contrast="auto">&D intensive organisation</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong command of German, EU, and U.S. laws and regulations, as well as applicable sanctions regimes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Pragmatic, business-oriented judgement with excellent communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
