We are seeking an Export Sales Manager to support the company’s international expansion and strengthen its commercial presence across key global markets. This role is central to driving business growth by acquiring new clients, identifying strategic opportunities, and nurturing long‑term customer relationships. Operating within a fast‑growing environment focused on innovation, design excellence, and sustainability, the Export Sales Manager will play a pivotal part in representing the brand and promoting high‑quality packaging solutions for the cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Acquire new target clients and identify business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Expand presence in international markets by identifying new geographical areas with growth potential.
- Participate in international trade fairs and client presentations to promote the brand and its product offering.
- Build and maintain strong customer loyalty by ensuring a high level of service and continuous engagement.
- Support clients throughout the commercial relationship, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
- Prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision‑making and monitor commercial performance.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics packaging industry or related sectors.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills for report preparation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
