Role Overview:
The F&B Captain will lead service operations during events, ensuring high-quality service, coordination, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff during events.
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards.
Provide training and guidance to F&B servers.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports on event performance and suggest improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as an F&B Captain or supervisor.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of event service standards and protocols.
