POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess Trainee to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guests needs and exceeding their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
• Welcome guest according to the resort standards and escort them to their table;
• Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
• Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
• Support the F&B Hostess during opening and closing responsabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of dining and kitchen procedures helpful;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
