About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance revenue for the Food and Beverage department.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and site tours to showcase the hotel’s F&B offerings and facilities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to develop promotional offerings and packages.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HotelManagement, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in F&B sales, ideally in a high-end restaurant group.
- Having experience in a luxury restaurant will be an advantage
- Established network and strong relationships within the Jakarta corporate, social, and culinary scene.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated to drive sales and meticulously monitor market intelligence.
- A genuine enthusiasm for luxury dining, trends, and beverage culture.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
