F45 Training Brunswick West, is seeking a motivated and energetic trainer to join their team. F45 is a globally recognised fitness brand known for its fast-paced, 45-minute functional training sessions and strong community focus. The studio is looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for group fitness.
The Role
This is a casual coaching role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy group environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading F45 classes, creating a positive member experience, and helping foster the supportive, results-driven culture the studio is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver F45 classes with confidence, energy, and professionalism
- Coach members on technique and movement quality to support safe and effective training
- Create a motivating class environment for people of all fitness levels
- Build rapport with members and contribute to the studio’s community culture
- Represent the F45 brand positively and consistently
Requirements
- Group fitness experience is essential
- F45 experience is highly regarded
- Cert III or IV in Fitness, First Aid, and CPR are current and valid
- Energetic and confident personality with the ability to hold the room
- Positive, reliable, and professional approach
- Genuine passion for fitness and helping people achieve results
