• At least 17 years of age at the start of the apprenticeship 
• Passion for this exceptional profession, which requires a great deal of flexibility and commitment
• Area-related internships in the hotel or catering industry at the highest level
• Exceptional motivation, absolute team spirit and independence
• Very good German and English language skills
• Enjoy dealing with people and a well-groomed appearance
• Interest in international development within Kempinski after the apprenticeship
