The role ensures safe operation, high asset reliability, audit readiness, cost control, and continuous improvement, while supporting engineering, technician teams, and contractors.</p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Maintenance &amp; Operation Planning &amp; Scheduling</p> <ul> <li>Plan, schedule, and control all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS.</li> <li>Own the weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with production schedules.</li> <li>Track execution, completion, backlog, and rescheduling of work orders.</li> <li>Support emergency and breakdown maintenance with fast prioritization and follow up.</li> <li>Plan, Schedule and control all operational running projects</li> </ul> <p>Work Order &amp; CMMS Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage planned, unplanned, and emergency work orders end‑to‑end.</li> <li>Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded, closed, and reported.</li> <li>Maintain audit‑ready maintenance records, including calibration and statutory inspections.</li> <li>Capture maintenance data such as breakdowns, losses, costs, and root‑cause trends</li> </ul> <p>Inventory &amp; Spare Parts Management</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and control inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.</li> <li>Issue material from central warehouse as per workorders.</li> <li>Define minimum/maximum stock levels and critical spares.</li> <li>Coordinate spare parts ordering, receiving, verification, and storage.</li> <li>Control POs, cost tracking, and consumption accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of all materials</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Documentation &amp; Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, verify, and maintain maintenance documentation, including:</li> </ul> <ul> <li>SOPs and work instructions</li> <li>Equipment history files and logbooks</li> <li>Labor and material usage records</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal quality systems.</li> <li>Provide fast access to records during audits and inspections.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cost Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Support maintenance budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.</li> <li>Identify maintenance‑driven continuous improvement and capital projects.</li> <li>Analyze KPIs, trends, and equipment performance to improve reliability.</li> <li>Recommend optimization of maintenance strategies based on data and capacity.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p>Coordination &amp; Communication</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Production Planning, Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams.</li> <li>Support Team Leaders, Engineers, and Technicians through structured follow‑up.</li> <li>Communicate clearly with stakeholders on maintenance status, risks, and priorities.</li> <li>Report abnormal conditions, breakdowns, spare shortages, or risks to management.</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Skills:</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <ul> <li>Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance Planning</li> <li>CMMS Utilization &amp; Data Analysis</li> <li>Utility Systems Management (HVAC, Electrical, Water, Air)</li> <li>Vendor &amp; Contract Management</li> <li>Spare Parts Inventory Control</li> <li>Cross-Department Coordination</li> <li>Root Cause Analysis &amp; Reliability Tools</li> <li>Technical Report Writing, Time Management &amp; Prioritization</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or MS degree in Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably focused on facility utilities in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Proficient in using CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).</li> <li>Working knowledge of facility safety regulations and maintenance best practices.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.</li> </ul> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
