By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.</span></strong></p></div><p data-start="1113" data-end="1437">As a <strong data-start="139" data-end="180">M</strong><strong data-start="139" data-end="180">aintenance Supervisor of Facilities</strong> you will lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. This role requires a technically proficient engineer who can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts.</p>

<h3 data-start="1444" data-end="1459">You Will:</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1462" data-end="1600">Ensure uninterrupted <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.</li>
<li data-start="1462" data-end="1600">Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.</li>
<li data-start="1731" data-end="1894">Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (<em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">HVAC</em>, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">electrical</em>, plumbing, fire protection, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">BMS</em>, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.</li>
<li data-start="1897" data-end="2012">Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li>
<li data-start="2015" data-end="2129">Lead the technical response to <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.</li>
<li data-start="2132" data-end="2284">Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records. Provide technical input for <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">root cause analysis</em> and continuous improvement.</li>
<li data-start="2287" data-end="2402">Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.</li>

<h3 data-start="2409" data-end="2425">You Bring:</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="2428" data-end="2501">Bachelor’s degree in <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Mechanical</em>, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Electrical</em>, or <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Facilities</em> Engineering.</li>
<li data-start="2504" data-end="2643">2+ years of experience in <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facilities</em> operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.</li>
<li data-start="2646" data-end="2708">Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.</li>
<li data-start="2711" data-end="2764">Excellent <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">troubleshooting</em> and diagnostic abilities.</li>
<li data-start="2767" data-end="2827">Familiarity with CMMS, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">BMS</em>, and energy management systems.</li>
<li data-start="2830" data-end="2927">Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.</li>
<li data-start="2930" data-end="2977">Strong communication and coordination skills.</li>
<li data-start="2980" data-end="3059">Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.</li>
