About the role
Job Purpose:
To support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and monitor routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report any issues or hazards.
- Support health and safety compliance activities and maintain relevant records.
- Manage facility-related requests and help resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist with office moves, meeting room setup, and workplace logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, assets, and service providers.
- Support procurement of facilities supplies and monitor stock levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, office administration, or a similar support role.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and workplace compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and work effectively with contractors and service providers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent French with complex level of English speaking and writing.
