Our 1 million square foot headquarters is complex: one structure, but functionally 20 mini factories under one roof. This team is deeply embedded in both planning and execution, brought in early to shape the physical assets that will support scaled operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About the Role:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, reach-lift, man-lift, etc.) </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general consumable stock items. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organize and maintain equipment. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general site surroundings and facilities. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Site maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provides recommendations for facilities improvements.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:00PM-1:30AM, Monday through Friday, with a 10% differential on top of the base rate.
