Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead and oversee</strong> a team of <strong>Facility Technicians across multiple sites</strong></li> <li><strong>Create and manage technician schedules</strong> to ensure proper coverage across shifts and facilities</li> <li><strong>Manage work order priorities and allocate resources</strong> based on operational needs</li> <li>Conduct quarterly performance <strong>reviews, goal-setting, coaching, and mentorship</strong></li> <li><strong>Support technician development</strong> through hands-on training and <strong>advanced troubleshooting guidance</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Facilities Maintenance Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Oversee</strong> planned and reactive maintenance activities, including:</li> <li><strong>HVAC</strong> systems</li> <li><strong>Plumbing</strong> systems</li> <li><strong>Electrical </strong>systems</li> <li>General <strong>facility repairs</strong></li> <li>Vendor and contractor <strong>coordination</strong></li> <li><strong>Support technicians with complex</strong> troubleshooting and high-priority repair escalation</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Financial &amp; Administrative Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Approve and reconcile</strong> technician timecards and overtime</li> <li><strong>Validate expense reports</strong> and ensure policy compliance</li> <li><strong>Manage</strong> consumables, parts inventory, and repair-related spending</li> <li><strong>Support</strong> budget forecasting and cost optimization initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Service &amp; Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive SLA compliance by <strong>monitoring response and resolution times</strong></li> <li><strong>Track and report</strong> key operational performance metrics</li> <li><strong>Partner with Operations leadership</strong> to improve facility uptime and efficiency</li> <li><strong>Implement lessons </strong>learned and continuous improvement initiatives across sites</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Vendor &amp; Compliance Oversight<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Coordinate and validate</strong> third-party contractor reports and repair documentation</li> <li><strong>Ensure compliance</strong> with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies</li> <li><strong>Support commissioning</strong> activities and evolving maintenance processes<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What your week looks like</strong></div> <ul> <li>50% <strong>field support</strong> and advanced troubleshooting</li> <li>20% <strong>team leadership</strong> and operational coordination</li> <li>10% <strong>preventative maintenance</strong> oversight and inspections</li> <li>10% <strong>reporting, scheduling</strong>, and <strong>administrative management</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>EPA Certification&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>5+ years </strong>of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience</li> <li><strong>2+ years</strong> of leadership or supervisory experience</li> <li><strong>Strong knowledge of HVAC</strong>, plumbing, and electrical systems</li> <li><strong>Experience managing</strong> maintenance priorities across <strong>multiple sites</strong></li> <li>Ability to lead teams in a f<strong>ast-paced, field-based environment</strong></li> <li>Valid driver’s license and <strong>reliable transportation</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Commercial</strong> facilities or <strong>restaurant/hospitality maintenance experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience managing</strong> vendors and third-party contractors</li> <li><strong>HVAC/R certification</strong> or trade school background</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>CMMS/work order management systems</strong></li> <li>Experience tracking SLAs, KPI, <strong>procuring parts and equipment</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
