line-height: 105%;">The Farm Technician 1 is responsible&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 105%;">for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle within the cultivation facility.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 10px; line-height: 103%;">Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Plant production (i.e.; watering, moving, pruning, harvesting, cleaning)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Plant Processing (i.e.; shucking, hanging, deleafing, trimming, sorting, packaging)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Able to perform plant production and processing for majority of your scheduled shift</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Perform repetitive dexterous hand movements with cultivation and flower trimming tools;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Perform tasks in all types of environments within Copperstate Farms facility, such as the air-conditioned rooms within the facility, as well as the greenhouse in 100 degrees with high humidity.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Able to work with and around marijuana plants and all of their biproducts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Basic facility maintenance work (i.e.; sweeping, shoveling, raking, basic repairs, power washing, cleaning, dripper removal, dripper replacement)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Maintain a clean and organized work environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Sit or stand for long periods of time</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;
