Requirements

• Must have P&C licenses or be willing to obtain
• Must have L&H licenses or be willing to obtain
• Proven sales experience or strong desire to develop a career in insurance sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals.
