<p>At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. we are&nbsp;seeking an experienced <strong data-start="285" data-end="326">Senior Federal ERP Systems Consultant</strong> to lead analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of federal financial management and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Federal Financials or comparable federal ERP platforms, strong project leadership capabilities, and extensive experience supporting federal financial operations, Treasury mandates, and business process modernization initiatives.</p> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="1112" data-end="1140"><strong data-start="1116" data-end="1140">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Analyze requirements and conduct feasibility studies for new and ongoing initiatives.</li> <li>Explore alternatives, perform cost analysis, and report findings and recommendations to ABMC management.</li> <li>Produce conceptual and detailed system/process designs.</li> <li>Provide project management and oversight of development and implementation activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with staff, the SSP, and other contractors to complete project requirements.</li> <li>Develop procedures, documentation, Quick Reference guides, training materials, and internal controls.</li> <li>Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver end-user training.</li> <li>Oversee go-live migration and transition systems to operations.</li> <li>Submit monthly progress reports to the COR by the third business day of each month.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1oxfx0t" data-start="2151" data-end="2182"><strong data-start="2155" data-end="2182">Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of IT/ERP and business-process consulting experience, including hands-on work with financial management systems.</li> <li>Direct experience with Oracle Federal Financials or comparable federal ERP/financial systems (GL, AP, Purchasing, Procurement, Assets, reporting).</li> <li>Demonstrated project leadership: ability to run a project independently from requirements to go-live.</li> <li>Working knowledge of federal financial regulations and Treasury/OMB requirements (e.g., G-Invoicing, federal travel regulations).</li> <li>Strong analysis, system/process design, and technical-writing skills (documentation, training, internal controls).</li> <li>Excellent communication; able to work with non-technical stakeholders across countries and time zones.</li> <li>Self-directed; comfortable with an intermittent, variable workload and accountable for quality and timeliness</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1oxfx0t" data-start="2151" data-end="2182"><strong>Nice to have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oracle Federal Financials (FMS): maintain procedures/training and the automated credit-card reconciliation process; fixed-asset forms and procedures.</li> <li>Foreign Service National (FSN) payroll: support the activPayroll conversion, validation/balancing processes, GL interface and Treasury/ITS file work, and transition to operations.</li> <li>G-Invoicing and Treasury mandates: evaluate and implement solutions for intragovernmental Buy/Sell transactions.</li> <li>Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): migrate the ERM database to a cloud platform with added reporting and workflow.</li> <li>eTravel / GO.gov: refine eTravel and transition to the GSA-mandated GO.gov system.</li> <li>Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS): complete implementation, reporting, and process-flow enhancements.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="f6wbtj" data-start="3287" data-end="3330"><strong data-start="3291" data-end="3330">Security &amp; Eligibility Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance</li> <li data-start="3420" data-end="3477">Must be able to pass a federal background investigation</li> <li data-start="3480" data-end="3562">U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="f6wbtj" data-start="3287" data-end="3330"><strong data-start="3291" data-end="3330">Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Referral Bonus</li> <li>(401k) Matching</li> <li>Holidays – Eleven</li> <li>Technology Reimbursement</li> <li>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term Disability</li> <li>Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary &amp; AD&amp;D)</li> <li>Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO | 3+ years 20 Days)</li> <li>80% Employer Paid Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision)</li> </ul> <h3>Equal Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability</h3> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or status within any other protected group.</p> <p data-start="4597" data-end="4711"><strong data-start="4597" data-end="4711">Only direct applicants will be considered.
