This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise on-site trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedule requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency.</li> <li>Facilitate communication and coordination between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress.</li> <li>Monitor workforce production and provide guidance to ensure compliance with Holder standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with project management teams to address issues and support overall project success.</li> <li>Promote Holder’s zero-accident safety culture and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field <u>OR</u> 1–3 years of equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li> <li>Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in commercial construction field supervision.</li> <li>Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
