Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 p.a. + company van + full training
Location: Field-based (UK South East / South Central preferred)

We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Trainee Security & Data Engineer who’s eager to learn and develop into a skilled professional. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers on installations and maintenance of security and structured cabling systems, gaining exposure to industry-leading technology and on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist senior engineers with the installation of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercom, and Data Cabling systems
• Pull and terminate cabling neatly and efficiently to professional standards
• Learn to read site drawings, complete testing and documentation, and follow safety procedures
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good order
• Demonstrate commitment to learning and self-development through proactive training
• Strong technical aptitude and good practical skills. Attention to detail
• Positive, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Basic electrical or data cabling experience
• Willingness to travel and work as part of a field-based team
• £27,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on skills and experience)
