The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, dependent on their trade. They are responsible to ensuring high-quality installations, adherence to timelines and safety protocols, and exceptional homeowner experiences. This role supervises field crews, coordinates logistics, communicates with homeowners and collaborates with internal departments to ensure project success and alignment with brand standards</span></span></p>

<p><strong>Project Oversight and Quality Control</strong><br>• Supervise all installation projects dependent on the trade<br>• Ensure quality standards and manufacturer specs are followed on all jobs<br>• Address and correct any workmanship issues promptly<br>• Support tickler and on-call requests as needed.<br>• Travel (0-50%) to active job sites to oversee, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met across all projects.</p>
<p><br><strong>Team Leadership & Coordination</strong><br>• Lead, train, and motivate crews<br>• Ensure proper safety practices, branded attire and professional conduct on job sites<br>• Communicate crew performance, scheduling needs, and absences with the in-office</p>
<p><br><strong>Production Team</strong><br>•Schedule crews, equipment and dumpster's as needed</p>
<p><br><strong>Customer Relations</strong><br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout installation<br>• Conduct project kick-off meetings, provide updates, and handle change orders<br>• Resolve on-site concerns with minimal disruption and focus on satisfaction<br>• Encourage reviews and feedback upon project completion<br>• Promote the company Brand on-site with job signs, door hangers, and business cards<br>• Submit quality photos and videos of installations for marketing use</p>
<p><br><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong><br>• Maintain accurate project records in designated CRM/Project Management programs<br>• Track material usage, labor, returns, and expenses<br>• Audit labor invoices<br>• Submit before and after photos and ensure Return Forms are completed<br>• Approve labor sheets and submit project updates to Leadershi</p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559685":360,"335559737":585,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"><strong>Qualifications </strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in exterior home services (roofing, siding, windows, or<br>similar)</li>
<li> Proven experience managing and directing field crews and subcontractors</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Experience reviewing and auditing labor invoices, material usage, and job costs</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM and/or project management software for tracking projects and documentation</li>
<li> Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills</li>
