FIELD MANAGER CO-OP/INTERNSHIP

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full-time</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fall, Spring, Summer</span></p> <p>Our Co-Ops/Interns receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way!</p> <p><em>You will thrive in this role if you:</em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Quickly and proficiently use real data to evaluate a problem and solve it within the organization’s policies and procedures.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enjoy communicating daily with customers and trade partners to clarify questions and concerns that arise in a direct and factual style.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Approach your day in a systematic and orderly way.</span></li> </ul> <p><em>These skills will be used to:</em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work alongside our construction Field Managers as they manage the new home build process from start to finish.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on the progress of the homes. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Completes PACE eLearning courses.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in Sapphire training to gain knowledge in scheduling, purchase order management and warranty service administration.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Observe home orientations.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Develops and gains an understanding of new home construction knowledge by completing a variety of job scopes.</li> </ul> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preferred Qualifications:</span></em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrate exceptional customer service.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>The Value of a career with Fischer Homes</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fischer Homes is one of the largest and most reputable home builders in the Midwestern and Southeastern states.
