If you love shipping fast, solving real problems, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we’d love to meet you.</p> <h4 data-start="1349" data-end="1377">✨ About This Opportunity</h4> <p data-start="1379" data-end="1538">Bolt.new has a packed event calendar through the rest of the year, a new SF office, and growing co-marketing partnerships with major platform and infrastructure companies. This role owns all of it -- consolidating event marketing under one person, turning events into a measurable pipeline channel, and building repeatable motions that scale.</p> <h4 data-start="1545" data-end="1567">🛠️ How You'll Contribute&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Own field marketing end-to-end -- conferences, dinners, activations, local events, and digital events</li> <li>Plan and execute Bolt-hosted local events (happy hours, product camps, roundtables) at our SF office and in key markets</li> <li>Build and run digital event programming -- webinars, live builds, virtual roundtables, co-marketing events with partners</li> <li>Manage third-party event partnerships -- logistics, contracts, creative, staffing, and budget</li> <li>Own co-marketing event activations with strategic partners</li> <li>Own the event to pipeline motion: pre-event targeting, on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up sequences, and attribution reporting</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales to build invite lists targeting high-value accounts and personas</li> <li>Coordinate with Community (hackathons, livestreams) and Product Marketing (launches) to align event programming with product moments</li> <li>Own event budget and deliver clear ROI reporting -- attendees, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, deals sourced</li> <li>Build repeatable playbooks so events scale without reinventing the wheel every time</li> <li>Source and evaluate vendors for OOH/billboards, venues, production, and swag</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1663" data-end="1706">💡 Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with a strong events component</li> <li>Proven track record planning and executing conferences, executive dinners, and experiential activations</li> <li>Experience building and running your own events -- not just managing vendor relationships</li> <li>Experience with digital event formats -- webinars, virtual roundtables, livestreams, or similar</li> <li>Strong project management skills -- you can juggle multiple events at different stages simultaneously</li> <li>Comfortable owning a six-figure event budget and reporting on ROI</li> <li>Experience building post-event follow-up workflows and measuring pipeline attribution</li> <li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1850" data-end="1873">🎯 Bonus Points&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Experience at a PLG or developer tools company</li> <li>You've built a local event series from scratch (not just attended conferences)</li> <li>Experience with both B2C community events and B2B executive-format events</li> <li>You've worked with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) to manage event leads</li> <li>Familiarity with the AI/ML, no-code/low-code, or developer tools space</li> <li>Experience sourcing and managing OOH/billboard campaigns</li> <li>You've managed event partnerships worth $200K+</li> <li>Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (office events are a core part of this role)</li> <li>You actually use Bolt.new or similar AI builders</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1974" data-end="1992">📌 A Few Notes</h4> <ul data-start="1994" data-end="2199"> <li data-start="1994" data-end="2043"> <p data-start="1996" data-end="2043">You do <strong data-start="2003" data-end="2010">not</strong> need a college degree to apply</p> </li> <li data-start="2044" data-end="2134"> <p data-start="2046" data-end="2134">You do <strong data-start="2053" data-end="2060">not</strong> need to be located in the U.S. — we’re remote-friendly</p> </li> <li data-start="2044" data-end="2134"> <p data-start="2046" data-end="2134">You do&nbsp;<strong data-start="2144" data-end="2151">not</strong> need to meet every qualification listed above</p> </li> </ul>
