Acciona is looking for a Field Operator for one of our projects in Laguna, Philippines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in water treatment or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes and principles.
• Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for relaying information to team members and management.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
• Previous experience in water treatment plant operations or a related field is beneficial but not always required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces and handle chemicals following safety protocols.
