Champion Home Services is seeking a versatile and skilled Field Repair & Installation Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing damages caused during service or installation by plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians, as well as performing additional make-ready work necessary to facilitate the completion of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC jobs.   Key Responsibilities · Damage Repair: o Respond promptly to repair requests for damages caused during service or installation. o Assess scope of work, procure materials, and complete repairs efficiently. o Ensure repairs meet Champion’s quality standards. · Job Preparation: o Perform tasks that support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations (e.g., cutting drywall, framing, patching, or minor carpentry). o Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth workflow. · Documentation & Communication: o Maintain accurate records using company-provided iPad. o Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.   Performance Expectations · Quality of Work: Repairs and prep work must meet company standards. · Timeliness: Completion time measured from report date to finished repair or prep work. · Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks while minimizing downtime. · Candidate will be expected to furnish all necessary tools to complete the work. PPE, consumables (i.e. saw blades, etc.) and all materials will be provided by Champion. Champion, with prior manager approval, may help the employee purchase tools and/or equipment, through a payroll deduction program (the employee will own these tools/equipment upon full repayment through payroll deductions).   Compensation & Benefits · Hourly Rate: $18-$24/hour. · Overtime: Paid according to business needs. · Company-Provided: o Vehicle o iPad o Company Vehicle (including fuel)   Qualifications · Experience in general repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and job prep tasks. · Ability to diagnose and fix a variety of home damages. · Strong time management and organizational skills. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
