About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agents to represent our brand and drive the sales of our telecommunications and IT products. This field-based position will involve active client engagement, prospecting, and on-ground product promotion to increase market penetration and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Prospecting: Actively prospect new clients and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional campaigns to build product awareness and drive sales.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Post-high school certificate or diploma is required.
- Age: Candidates must be under 35 years of age.
Experience: - Proven experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications and/or IT products sectors.
- Experience in field sales with the ability to engage customers on the ground
