Responsibilities
- Identify, manage and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis, targeted prospecting, and consistent oversight of inbound and outbound leads.
- Develop and nurture a solid network of partners and collaborating companies to support long-term business expansion.
- Understand customer needs and propose value-driven solutions tailored to their challenges and objectives.
- Design and deliver commercial proposals, offers, presentations and impactful product demonstrations.
- Build lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting cross-selling, up-selling and recurring business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts that align with profitability targets while delivering maximum value to customers.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for customer interactions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts to sales management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and knowledge sharing.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
- Experience selling ERP software or other industrial software solutions.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (ability conduct meetings in English).
- Availability to travel regularly for customer visits and commercial activities.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, customer management and solution-based selling.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex business opportunities, using analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders.
