About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
- Build and manage relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Follow structured sales processes and best practices, including qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC).
- Negotiate contracts that deliver value to both the customer and the business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Higher degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in New Business Sales.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Very good command of English, allowing for fluent written and spoken communication.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in pipeline management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing and target-driven environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in high-tech or SaaS environment.
- Previous experience in production company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
