Field Service Coordinator

<p>This position works in-office from our Mason, OH Headquarters, supporting our team of Field Service Technicians.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></span></p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Handles service requests from customers.</li> <li>Schedules service engineers and ensure they receive their work orders.</li> <li>Ensures customer entry requirements are met.</li> <li>Processes service orders, including entering the orders into our CRM, invoicing, and maintaining customer files.</li> <li>Ensure that training materials are sent for field schools.</li> <li>Handle incoming calls into the department, when necessary</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></span></p> <p>Associate's degree from two-year College or technical school.</p> <p>AND six months to one-year related experience</p> <p>OR equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS:</strong></span></p> <p>Proficient in the following computer software programs:</p> <ul> <li>CRM</li> <li>Adobe Acrobat</li> <li>Microsoft Office Products</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p>VEGA Americas manufactures, distributes, and services process instrumentation to measure level, density, weight, and pressure.
