About the role
Firestorm is looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR), xCell who will support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) operations including U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and INDOPACOM-region partner-nation pursuits. You will provide responsive deployment capability from the Pacific Northwest, deliver New Equipment Training (NET) sessions, and serve as the first point of human contact for customer-surfaced technical issues on xCell systems.
