We do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team.</p> <p>We're hiring <strong>ambitious, outgoing and active individuals</strong> who are committed to providing <strong>exceptional customer experiences</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)</p> <ul> <li>$18 Base hourly rate</li> <li>Profit share &amp; performance incentives</li> <li>Overtime</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time</p> <ul> <li>1 mandatory weekend shift</li> <li>3–4 weekday shifts</li> <li>Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business<br>needs</li> <li>Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week</li> </ul> <div class="pcty-row-flex pcty-margin-compact-all pcty-compact-margin-all css-0"> <div class="pcty-col css-a3cc3r"> <div class="" data-automation-id="job-description"> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe junk removal services.</li> <li>Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites.</li> <li>Monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.</li> <li>Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring maintenance and compliance.</li> <li>Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.</li> <li>Facilitation of quality field service</li> <li>Truck maintenance</li> <li>Damages and Complaints/Customer outreach</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in Operations Management, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Strong leadership and team-building skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license.</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.&nbsp;</li> <li>Available to work mornings, nights and weekends.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <p>Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):<br>DOT Medical Certification</p> <ul> <li>A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.</li> <li>Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="pcty-row-flex pcty-margin-compact-all pcty-compact-margin-all css-0"> <div class="pcty-col css-a3cc3r"> <div class="" data-automation-id="job-description"> <p><strong>Why Choose Southwind:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Southwind, we empower our team to lead with creativity and impact.
