Field Service Technician
Job Description:
- Servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems following manufacturer specifications.
- Swaps or exchanging components of equipment.
- Troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues.
- Conducts quality control/spot checks within your region.
- Meets all local, state and federal code requirements.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Interacting with hospital staff to schedule inspections and service including to discuss their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
